Hero’s Last Rite take home ECMA for Loud Recording of the Year

This past weekend, Canadian East Coast Metal band Hero’s Last Rite, were the recipients of the East Coast Music Association’s 2015 Loud Recording of the Year for their 2014 release The Mirror’s Face. The ECMA weekend was hosted in St. John’s Newfoundland and nominees included Dumpster Mummy, Monsterbator, The Combine and Zaum.

The Mirror’s Face was recorded, mixed and mastered at Needlenose studio by HLR drummer Dan Rogers. The ECMA awarded album still receives charting on National radio and solidified the band as a towering pillar in the east coast Metal scene.

The album has also spawned two videos for Viral Judgment and I Am Atomic.

Hero’s Last Rite launch new website!!!!

Today marks the launch of our new website. Many thanks to Jeff Crawford, Manny Peters and our own Tim Gorman for the assistance and work that went into the site.
Updates should be more frequent now that we have moved to a more convenient way of updating the site.
We are still tweaking things. We plan to have a merch section coming so that you can see the swag that we take to our shows. Keep in mind, you can order our stuff online at our bandcamp page if you can’t make our shows.
If you are looking for us to play a show, use the Contact Us page. Want to know when and where we are playing, look at the HLR Shows tab. Want to watch videos of us live, hit the Video link. Want to listen to our tunes, knock on the Music link.
Take some time and look around. We are glad you are here.
Don’t forget to support the bands that come to your area. Buying a CD or a shirt helps bands with travel expenses and housing.
